Privacy policy

How FeelsLike handles information across the apps, widgets, website, and backend services.

Effective date: August 13, 2026Operator: Lior ElgaliContact: endlessaitools@gmail.com

Overview

FeelsLike uses weather, location, settings, and optional personal context to provide weather and comfort features on iPhone, Apple Watch, widgets, Android, and feelslikeapp.com. Product analytics, crash diagnostics, and strictly masked session replay help us understand feature use, reliability, performance, and confusing flows.

Information you provide

You may provide feedback text, comfort records, journal entries and tags, skin or sensitivity settings, outdoor-planning preferences, selected calendars, and other app settings. Feedback text is sent to FeelsLike support when you submit it; it is not intentionally sent to product analytics or session-replay providers.

Location and weather

With your permission, FeelsLike uses device location to fetch local weather. The apps and website may save recent weather and location-derived context on your device and may send location context to weather providers or the FeelsLike backend when needed for a feature you use. FeelsLike does not intentionally send precise location to product analytics or session-replay providers.

Calendar and activity permissions

With your permission, the app may read calendar event timing and titles to add weather context to plans and workout timing to learn when weather matters for your routines. Calendar titles, workout details, journal content, and comfort notes are not intentionally sent to product analytics or session-replay providers. These permissions are optional and can be changed in system settings.

Product analytics

The apps may send limited feature-use events to Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel where configured, and the FeelsLike backend. The website uses Google Analytics and FullStory after consent where required. Events can include an event name, platform, app version and build, locale, time zone, pseudonymous identifiers, page or feature context, device and browser context, and limited non-content properties. They do not intentionally include journal or comfort-note text, calendar titles, workout details, feedback text, or precise location.

Crash diagnostics and session replay

Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash reports, stack traces, app state, operating-system and device information, and related diagnostic data. Microsoft Clarity may collect strictly masked app screen visuals, taps, scrolling, navigation, performance information, and device context. FullStory may collect website interactions and performance context after consent where required. FeelsLike does not intentionally send sensitive text or precise location as replay metadata.

Subscriptions and notifications

Subscription status is handled through Apple or Google and may be synced with the backend to unlock features. If you enable notifications, FeelsLike may store notification preferences, authorization state, push tokens, and weather context needed to send weather alerts.

Service providers

FeelsLike uses Apple and Google for platform, store, analytics, and diagnostic services; weather providers for forecasts; Vercel and Neon for hosting and database services; Replicate for optional cloud AI generation; Mixpanel where configured; Microsoft Clarity; and FullStory for the website. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. FeelsLike does not currently activate PostHog.

Storage and retention

Some app data is stored locally on your device or in the shared app group for widgets and Apple Watch. Backend and provider data is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the feature, maintain security, troubleshoot, understand product use, or comply with legal obligations, subject to provider retention settings and applicable law.

Your choices

The website asks for analytics consent where required and continues to provide the weather tool if you decline. You can change app location, calendar, activity, and notification permissions in app or system settings, delete app-local data by removing the app, manage cookies in your browser, and contact us about privacy requests through the support page.

No sale or cross-app advertising

We do not sell your personal information and do not use FeelsLike data for cross-app advertising. FeelsLike does not request Apple’s advertising identifier or Android’s advertising ID for these features. We do not use app data to make decisions about your legal rights.

Children, changes, and contact

FeelsLike is not directed to children under 13. We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes and will update the effective date. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the support page.
